Become acquainted with the birth of Tsarskoye Selo connected with liberation from the Swedish rule. Walk along charming alleys and halls that represented a state museum after the October Revolution.

The Lower Park presents itself nothing else but one more masterpiece with enigmatic alleys, ending with fountains or palaces. Being compositionally linked with the edifice of a bewitching palace, it features a matching parterre with amazing pools, fountains, and elegant lawns.

Located just in 24 km from St. Petersburg, Tsarskoye Selo badly suffered in WWII, but its reconstruction was unprecedented in world practice: the priceless legacy and centuries-old allure are almost fully restored with the help of documentary sources. After the tour is over you will be taken back to your hotel at 16:30 (4:30 pm).
