These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and apply to all of our services.

These terms and conditions, together with any other written information brought to your attention before we confirm your booking, shall form the basis of your contract with LLC “MIK” (a company incorporated in Russia, No: 7838038421, HOROSHO is LLC’s commercial brand name) being ‘us’, ‘we’ or the ‘Company’ in respect of the relevant tour or other holiday experience (together referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘tours’) to be provided by the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and contact us if you have any queries.

By accessing, browsing, using and/or completing a reservation through our (mobile) website you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound to the terms and conditions set out below. No contract between the customer and LLC “MIK” shall come into existence until LLC “MIK” receives full payment and issues a confirmation invoice. The customer making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of their travel party and is responsible for the entirety of the payment.

LLC “MIK”  is a tour operator, offering a wide range of tours in St. Petersburg.

Bookings can be made directly through LLC “MIK”, its sub-brands and/or any other website through which LLC “MIK” makes their services available. If you are having any problems booking through LLC “MIK” website ithorosho.com then please contact our Customer Care Team.

LLC “MIK” reserves the right to alter itineraries and/or timetables should it be necessary, due to adverse weather and or other related conditions. LLC “MIK” is not responsible for expenses and/or other related costs due to factors outside of its control, such as flight delays, changes and or cancellations, injuries, weather, war, natural disasters etc. and/or other unforeseeable matters. You are responsible for providing LLC “MIK” with the correct contact information and related details so that we can keep you informed in the event of changes made to the services booked.

The following Terms and Conditions must be reviewed carefully as they constitute a binding agreement between the customer and LLC “MIK”. There is no verbal or written representation of the terms and conditions other than what is expressed here. Booking a trip with LLC ‘MIK” indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as outlined.

1 Definitions

‘Conditions’ means these Terms and Conditions.
‘Customer’ means a person, firm or corporation seeking to acquire Services from LLC «MIK» and if there is more than one of these, these Conditions bind them jointly and each of them separately.
‘Departure Date’ means the start date scheduled for the Customer to depart at the starting destination point of the Travel Arrangements.
‘Travel Arrangements’ means the travel arrangements made by LLC «MIK» including all Products and services.
‘Material Alteration’ means a material change to the Travel Arrangements as determined at the sole discretion of LLC «MIK».
‘Products’ means individual components of Travel Arrangements, such as Itinerary, Tours and Programs.
‘Services’ means the booking and payment services provided by LLC «MIK» in relation to Program and Itinerary arrangements.
‘Suppliers’ means the party that is responsible for providing the individual Products or Services.

2 Basis of Contract

2.1 The Conditions apply exclusively to every contract for Services by LLC «MIK» to the Customer and cannot be varied or supplanted by any other condition unless expressly accepted in writing by LLC «MIK».
2.2 Acceptance – Full Payment or a payment of a deposit indicates the Customer’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined here.
2.3 A contract with LLC «MIK» is in effect from the date shown on the Booking Confirmation Invoice, all terms and conditions apply.

3 Bookings

3.1 Quotes – will be provided in relation to a price for the Travel Arrangements. The quote is valid for a period of 3 days.
3.2 Deposit – a deposit of 25% (or other amount as advised) may be required to secure a booking.
3.3 Confirmation – A Confirmation Invoice will be issued with the details of final payments and Itinerary.
3.4 Final Payment – Must be received by LLC «MIK» no later than 30 business days (45 days) prior to the Departure Date.

4 Pricing

4.1 All prices are per person in EUR unless otherwise specified or arranged with LLC «MIK». Prices are subject to the quote provided or as specified on the website. As a local operator, LLC «MIK» cannot be responsible for currency fluctuations and or additional fees outside its control that may be applied such as bank transfer fees, credit card fees and etc. All charges are made in EUR. On ithorosho.com you can view an estimate of prices in USD and EUR. This is only to help you understand the approximate price. Your credit card will always be charged in EUR. We also refund in EUR. Since Arctic Adventures does not charge any booking or transaction fees we can not be held liable for any loss due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates during transactions, nor any third party transaction fees that may occur at the time of payment and/or refund. Keep in mind that your card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
4.2 Travel Arrangement prices are quoted for the entire package and itemised component costs cannot/may not be given.
4.3 Travel Arrangements – the price may be based on Products being booked in groups, and accordingly Customers must travel together throughout the Travel Arrangements.
4.4 Surcharges – the price of the Travel Arrangements is subject to the possibility of surcharges. Surcharges may be incurred (without limitation) in connection with: currency exchange rates, increases in Product prices, fuel levies, scheduled airfares, hotel and ground transportation charges, game park entrance fees and any other increases in connection with the Travel Arrangement.
4.5 Where there is any change in the costs incurred by LLC «MIK» in providing the Services, LLC «MIK» may vary its price to account for such change by notifying the Customer, whether or not the Customer has made full payment.
4.6 Changes in the EUR – the financial commitments LLC «MIK» undertakes in order to offer the Price Increase Guarantee mean that reductions in prices can not be made if EUR strengthens.
4.7 Products not Utilised – no refunds are made in respect of Products not utilised, for example meals and sightseeing excursions.
4.8 Goods & Services not Included – the following are excluded from the Travel Arrangements price: International Airfares, arrival and/or departure taxes, fuel levies and surcharges, passport and visa costs, travel insurance, personal expenditure including drinks, laundry, room services, meals and gratuities, unless expressly included.

5 Payment

5.1. LLC “MIK” accepts all major credit and debit cards. Purchases made via credit/debit card will go through 3D Secure. LLC “MIK” requires a deposit payment or the full amount at the time of booking, depending on when the booking is made and what type of tour package is booked:

  • Day Tours operated by LLC “MIK”, booked with more than 21 days before departure: Arctic Adventures offers the option of a 10% deposit payment or full payment of the tour price.
  • Day Tours operated by LLC “MIK”, booked 21 days or less before departure: Full payment is required within 24 hours after sending a booking request.
  • Multi-day, Self-Drive, Stopover Packages, Group & Shore Tours operated by LLC “MIK”, booked with more than 21 days before departure: LLC “MIK” offers the option of a 10% deposit payment or full payment of the tour price.
  • Multi-day, Self-Drive, Stopover Packages, Group & Shore Tours operated by LLC “MIK”, booked 21 days or less before departure: Full payment is required within 24 hours after sending a booking request.
  • Custom & Private Tours: For itineraries that have been customized by a travel consultant, you may choose to pay a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. If the customized booking is purchased 30 days or less before your arrival, full payment is the only option.
  • Day Tours operated by trusted partners: 10% deposit is available if booked with more than 21 days notice, full payment always available.
  • Multi-Day Tours operated by trusted partners: 10% deposit is available if booked with more than 21 days notice, full payment always available.

5.2. If a deposit payment is made, the remaining balance (full payment less deposit) for all tours (day tours, multi-day, self-drive, stopover packages, group & trekking tours) operated by Arctic Adventures is due no later than 14 days before the start time of your departure. You will receive a notification 21 days prior to departure, reminding you of the outstanding balance. If the remaining balance is not finalized with more than 14 days before departure, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable (applicable to all tour types). The deposit payment is otherwise refundable according to the terms and conditions of each tour.

5.3. Delayed Payments: LLC “MIK” reserves the right to treat cases of delayed payments as a cancellation of the booking, and the company can withdraw its confirmation of services. Please note that this only applies if payment has not been made at least 2 weeks prior to the tour departure, and no agreement has been made for paying the remaining balance. In case of delayed payments, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable and the reservation counts as canceled.

6 Amendments

6.1 LLC «MIK» will endeavour to assist if the Customer requests an amendment to the Travel Arrangement booking up to 14 days prior to the Departure Date subject to the following:
Amendment Charge – Fees apply to any customer requesting a change to a confirmed booking.
Additional Charges – all other expenses incurred by LLC «MIK» may also be payable by the Customer at LLC «MIK» discretion.
Any charges arising from a request for amendments are payable by the Customer whether or not LLC «MIK» is successful in confirming the requested amendment.
Late Amendments – amendments made by the Customer within 2 days of the Departure Date are treated as cancellations and re-bookings.

7 Cancellations by the Customer

7.1 All cancellation fees held by LLC «MIK» are only intended to cover our direct cost of amending and/or canceling your reservation.
7.2 All communications relating to any requests to cancel or amend your tour arrangements must be from the lead traveler of each reservation and processed through communication via e-mail  OR must be delivered in writing via the customer contact details and sent by the lead traveler. Once delivered the amendment and/or cancellation needs to be confirmed by LLC «MIK» before further action can be taken. If reimbursement is in order, then it shall be made in accordance with all procedures and processed as quickly as possible, and the stipulated amount will be transferred to the same credit card that was used upon booking OR bank account under the name of the lead traveler (SEPA transfer, SWIFT transfer). LLC «MIK» reserves the right to choose the method of transferring money to client’s account. Please note that we can not be responsible for delays of the delivery of the reimbursement to your account once it has been processed on our end. For tours purchased through another vendor please reach out to the vendor directly with your refund and/or cancellation request. The cancellation policy applies to the original booking departure date the tour has been booked for.
7.3. Changing the number of people in a booking to a smaller number is considered cancellation for the change in number of participants. Such cancellations are subject to cancellation fees as per the below.
7.4. As we start to incur costs from the time the contract is confirmed we will apply cancellation charges as shown below from the time when written notification of the cancellation is received:

7.4.1 Cancellation of day tours

More than 72 hours notice full refund
36 to 72 hours notice 50% refund*
Less than 36 hours’ notice No refund

* Applicable when full payment has been made. In case of deposit payments, the deposit becomes non-refundable in case of delayed payments.

For all bookings of day tours operated by LLC «MIK» (or any of LLC «MIK» sub-brands), a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment prior to your scheduled tour departure is required for a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to departure no refund is given. For the 24-hour policy to be applicable cancellations need to be made and delivered to LLC «MIK» through the e-mail mail@ithorosho.com. The 24-hour policy does not honor cancellation requests sent through other channels.
For reservations that have a 10% deposit payment (not full payment), in case of delayed payments, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable if payment is not finalized with more than 14 days before departure.

7.4.2 Cancellation of multi-day and group tours

You will be refunded 80% of the total tour price. 10% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of booking and preparing your tour.

You will be refunded 50% of your total tour price. 50% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of canceling any arrangements made for your tour.
* Delayed Payments on deposit reservations: LLC “MIK” reserves the right to treat cases of delayed payments as a cancellation of the booking, and the company can withdraw its confirmation of services. Please note that this only applies if a payment has not been made at least 2 weeks prior to the tour departure, and no agreement has been made for paying the remaining balance. In case of delayed payments, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable and the reservation counts as canceled.
Cancellations with less than 48-hours’ notice before trip departure:
No refund will be given if tours are canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as LLC “MIK” will be charged for all costs such as guides, transport etc.
10% of the price of your trip is non-refundable, this percentage reflects our cost of booking and preparing your trip.

7.4.3. Cancellations of Private & Customized Day Tours (Individuals and Group Bookings)
More than 72  hours’ notice 70% refund
Less than 72 hours’ notice No refund

Cancellations of Private, Group & Customized Day Tours (Individuals and Group Bookings) made with more than 72 hours‘ notice (prior to departure):
You will be refunded 70% of the total tour price. 10% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of booking and preparing your tour.
Cancellations of Private, Group & Customized Day Tours (Individuals and Group Bookings) made with less than 72 hours’ notice:
No refund will be given if canceled with less than 72 hours‘ notice, as LLC “MIK” will be charged for all costs such as guides, transport, etc.

7.4.4. Cancellations of Private & Customized Multi-Day Tours (Individual bookings, 1-9 participants)

Less than 14 days’ notice 50% refund*
Less than 72 hours‘ notice No refund

Cancellations of Private & Customized Multi-day Tours (Individual bookings of 1-9 participants) made with more than 14 days‘ notice (prior to departure):

Cancellations of Private & Customized Multi-day Tours (Individual bookings of 1-9 participants) made with less than 14 days’ notice:
You will be refunded 50% of your total tour price. 50% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of canceling any arrangements made for your tour.

Cancellations Private & Customized Multi-day Tours (Individual bookings of 1-9 participants) made with less than 72 hours‘ notice:
No refund will be given if canceled with less than 72 hours‘ notice, as LLC “MIK” will be charged for all costs such as guides, transport, accommodation, etc.

7.4.5. Cancellations of Private & Customized Multi-Day Tours (Group bookings, 10+ participants)
More than 8 weeks’ notice 80% refund
Less than 8 weeks’ notice 50% refund*
Less than 4 weeks‘ notice No refund

You will be refunded 80% of the total tour price. 10% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of booking and preparing your tour.
Cancellations of Private & Customized Multi-day Tours (Group bookings, 10+ participants) made with less than 8 weeks’ notice:
You will be refunded 50% of your total tour price. 50% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of canceling any arrangements made for your tour.
* Delayed Payments on deposit reservations: LLC “MIK” reserves the right to treat cases of delayed payments as a cancellation of the booking, and the company can withdraw its confirmation of services. Please note that this only applies if a payment has not been made at least 2 weeks prior to the tour departure, and no agreement has been made for paying the remaining balance. In case of delayed payments, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable and the reservation counts as canceled.
Cancellations of Private & Customized Multi-Day Tours (Group bookings, 10+ participants)  made with less than 4 weeks‘ notice:
No refund will be given if canceled with less than 4 weeks‘ notice, as LLC “MIK” will be charged for all costs such as guides, transport, accommodation etc.

7.5 There may be exceptions from these terms of cancellations mentioned above depending on the tour product booked and paid. In case of exceptional terms and rules, such terms and rules of cancellations regarding such products are announced to clients in writing via online messaging while confirming product details ad booking request, and also will be stated in writing in the invoice.

7.6 LLC “MIK” is obliged to refund the money within 90 calendar days from the date of the tourist’s cancellation request.

8 Cancellations and Material Alteration by LLC «MIK»

8.1 LLC «MIK» may treat a booking as cancelled and levy cancellation charges if the Customer does not pay the balance of the Travel Arrangements price at least 30 days prior to the Departure Date.
8.2 Force Majeure – LLC «MIK» may, at its sole option, where circumstances outside of its control affect the provision of Travel Arrangements (such as flood, fire, act of God, war or threat of war, physical unrest, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activities (threatened or actual), strikes, port or airport closure, technical problems with transport, alteration or cancellation of scheduled travel services) cancel scheduled Travel Arrangements at any time and may at LLC «MIK»’s sole and absolute discretion:

(a) offer the Customer alternative Travel Arrangements or Products of comparable standard as may be appropriate in the circumstances; or

(b) if alternative Travel Arrangements or Products are not offered by LLC «MIK», LLC «MIK» will make a prompt proportional (taking into account the extent of the Travel Arrangements that have been provided or arranged) refund of monies paid by the Customer.

8.3 LLC «MIK» may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administration costs associated with providing alternative Travel Arrangements or Products.
8.4 Material Alteration – if a Material Alteration becomes necessary within 30 days of the Departure Date for any reason other than the circumstances described in clause 8.2, LLC «MIK» will endeavour to offer comparable Products or a full refund of all monies paid by the Customer. LLC “MIK” may offer to change to an equivalent tour without additional payment. If LLC “MIK” offered the traveler an equivalent tour to replace the failed/cancelled tour and the traveler agrees to these terms, the parties must consider that agreement is fullfiled. If the customer is against replacing the tour, the tour operator will return the money.
8.5. We reserve the right to refuse participation to clients we believe are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in such circumstances, no refund shall be given. Our guides reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offense, upset or put other passengers in danger. In such cases, full cancellation charges apply.

9 Liability

9.1 Booking Agent – LLC «MIK» acts as a booking agent and Supplier of Products and Services. LLC «MIK» accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or irregularity that may arise to any Customer or third party resulting from the Customer’s or third party’s use of the Products. LLC «MIK» makes reasonable enquiries to determine that partners provide appropriate Products, but LLC «MIK» is not responsible for the Products of third party companies or their standard.
9.2 Except as specifically set out herein, any term, condition or warranty in respect of the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, condition, description, specification or performance of the Products or Services, whether implied by statute, common law, trade usage, custom or otherwise, is hereby expressly excluded.
9.3 Circumstances Beyond our Control – if LLC «MIK» is unable to provide the Travel Arrangements as illustrated, or any Product agreed to be provided, it is not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or irregularity arising to the Customer or any third party. Guests/Clients are advised that all activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk and they must behave in a fit and proper manner at all times in accordance with LLC “MIK” or its partners’ guidelines and must take proper responsibility for their own safety. All adventure tours and outdoor activities carry inherent risks and LLC “MIK” or its partners do not assume any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions or are caused by factors outside of human control (Force majeure). With the purchase of your trip you agree to these conditions, understand its implications and accept responsibility for your participation in your trip. Depending on the excursion, you may be requested to sign an additional liability release.
9.5 Loss – LLC «MIK» is not liable for and accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, financial loss, consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, pain and suffering, damage, injury, accident delay or irregularity occasioned to the Customer, whether caused by act, omission, negligence or otherwise, while undertaking a Travel Arrangement, using the Services or arising from any booking.
9.6 The Customer acknowledges and accepts that different places, countries, facilities and tour operators may have lower standards of safety, labelling, warnings and precautions. The Customer is responsible for maintaining personal diligence and safety notwithstanding the level of standards. LLC «MIK» is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death that could be avoided if the Russian standards were to apply.
9.7 Nothing in the Conditions is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying the application of any relevant State or Federal legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

10 Travel Insurance

10.1 While we cannot force our clients to purchase travel insurance, we reserve the right to only provide services to the clients who have adequate travel insurance coverage. LLC «MIK» strongly recommends that the customer insure themselves against loss of deposit, cancellation charges, medical expenses and loss of personal possessions or any other foreseeable loss or expense.

11 Passport & Visa

11.1 Visa Requirements – It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that they hold valid passports, visa and permits that meet the immigration and governmental requirements for the Russian Federation.

12 Health & Fitness

12.1 Medical Conditions – The Customer must advise LLC «MIK» In writing By filling the Health form (sent upon request) of any pre-existing medical conditions that might reasonably be expected to affect the Travel Arrangements.
12.2 Health Issues – It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain any vaccinations or health precautions applicable to the the Russian Federation.

13 Tour Guides

13.1 LLC «MIK» Tour Guides act as Company representatives who have the authority to make decisions in order to ensure that all trips and tours are successful. Tour Guides reserve the right to terminate this contract or cancel a Customer’s participation in a trip if a Customer does not comply with provided guidelines, compromises the trip or endangers the safety of others.

14 Publicity

14.1 LLC «MIK» may use images or videos of you taken during the course of the trip without recourse or compensation to you, for publicity or promotional purposes through whatever medium the company chooses.

15 Notice

15.1 A notice by the Customer must be in writing, and may be delivered by hand, sent by prepaid mail, sent by facsimile or sent by electronic means such as e-mail to the address or number specified.
15.2 A notice is treated as given to LLC «MIK», when:
if hand delivered, when delivered;
if sent by prepaid mail, when received;
if sent by facsimile, when facsimile machine confirms transmission; or
if by e-mail, when the e-mail is sent.

16 Complaints

16.1 If you have any complaint about your trip, you must make it known at the earliest opportunity to the Tour Guide, who will normally be able to take appropriate action.

16.2 If at the end of the trip you feel your complaint has not been properly dealt with you must notify LLC «MIK» in writing within 14 days of the end of your trip.

17 Governing Law

17.1 These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation
17.2 Any disputes arising out or in connection with this agreement shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the district court of St Petersburg.

18 Privacy

18.1 Any information LLC «MIK» obtains from the Customer or its representative is necessary for LLC «MIK» business purposes or providing the Customer with LLC «MIK» goods and services, and may be used in answering any queries the Customer may have; considering the Customer’s application for credit or to become a Customer; performing internal administration and operations; developing, improving and marketing the LLC «MIK» products and services; and any directly related purposes.
18.2 LLC «MIK» will not disclose any personal information to any other party without the consent of the Customer except to the Suppliers, a related entity or adviser of LLC «MIK» or where LLC «MIK» is otherwise required by law to do so. The Customer may access the personal information on written request to LLC «MIK».

19 Miscellaneous

19.1 LLC «MIK» failure to enforce any of these Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any of the LLC «MIK» rights.
19.2 If any Condition is unenforceable it shall be read down to be enforceable or, if it cannot be read down, the condition shall be severed from the
Conditions without affecting the enforceability of the remaining conditions. Note: Specific programmes may have different Terms & Conditions which will be advised at the time of booking.

20 Special offer & promotional codes

20.1. Please note that special offers such as promotional codes cannot be applied to a reservation after a purchase has been made such as in the form of a refund. When offered, promotional codes and/or other special offers, must be entered into the relevant field located on the payment page upon check out at the time of booking in order to be valid and applied.
20.2. Please note that all special offers such as promotional codes and/or early bird discount only apply to the price of the tour. Extras and rental gear are not subject to discount.
20.3. Early bird discount is applied to the final price of the tour, if a special offer/promotional code is used, the early bird discount applies to the discounted price (full price less special offer/promotional code).

21 Best price guarantee

21.1 We guarantee that you always get the lowest price when you reserve a tour through our direct channels. or we‘ll match the lower price! It’s easy to apply for the Best Price Guarantee on www.adventures.is

Here‘s how it works:

  1. Make a confirmed reservation through one of our direct channels (any LLC “MIK” website).
  2. If in the following 24 hours you find a lower online rate for an equivalent offer on another website (same tour, same date, same departure time etc.) send us a mail through our Customer Care Team, attaching the required supporting documents to request application of the best price guarantee. Please note that holiday pricing and special offers and promotions do not fall under the best price guarantee. For the best price guarantee to be applicable the other offer has to be for the same tour, same date, same departure time and have the same inclusions, cancellation policy and conditions.
  3. One of our agents will then check that the lower rate on the other website complies with the Terms & Conditions of the Best Price Guarantee according to the rate and conditions you provide. If the rate mentioned meets the necessary Terms & Conditions, we will process a refund for the price difference and send you an email confirmation once processed.
  4. If the rate mentioned does not meet the necessary Terms & Conditions, we will send you an email response justifying our answer.

22 Pick-up & drop-off services

4.1. LLC “MIK” offers pick up and drop-off services for most of its tours. Please read the tour description very carefully to see if pick-up and drop-off services are included in the price, can be added as extras or the activity in question only offers the option of meeting us on location.
4.2. You as the traveler are responsible for your pick-up, this includes providing LLC “MIK” with your pick up location in time as well as being ready at the correct time for the pick-up for your tour. LLC “MIK” will provide you with information about your pick up time on your voucher which is provided upon booking. If you are unsure when to be ready for your scheduled tour then please contact our Customer Care Team.
4.3. Please note that missing the pick-up does not entitle you to a refund of the price paid for the services. You are responsible to be ready for pick up at the assigned pick up point from the start of the pick-up time in order to not miss our guides when they arrive to pick you up.

23. Meeting us on location

5.1. If you are planning to meet us on location for your tour then please be sure that this can be arranged. For most of LLC “MIK” tours, it is possible to meet us on location. Please read the tour description of your tour very carefully to see if meeting us on location is possible for the activity in question.  Please note that there are still some tours where this can not be offered. If you are unsure which tours this follows under then please contact our Customer Care Team.
5.2. You as the traveler are responsible for arriving at the meeting point in time for your tour.  This includes being ready at the correct time at the correct location in time for your adventure tour. LLC “MIK” will provide you with information about the meeting point for your tour on your voucher which is provided upon booking. If you are unsure when to arrive for your scheduled tour then please contact our Customer Care Team.
5.3. Please note that if you do not arrive in time for your tour and/or are late to the meeting point of the tour, that is to say, you do not arrive to the correct meeting point at the correct time for your adventure tour then you are not entitled to a refund of the price paid for the services.
